We are developing a white paper focused on recognizing the cognitive efforts of physicians.

For the field of oncology, Neltner Billing submitted a new code request and four existing code revisions to the American Medical Association (AMA) for the CPT Editorial Panel meeting in June 2006. Neltner Billing attended the meeting to testify on behalf of these recommendations. Out of our five requests, two have been accepted. On the three that were rejected, as well as one of the accepted recommendations, Neltner Billing has initiated reconsideration by the CPT Editorial Panel Executive Committee.

We meet regularly with state and national congressional representatives and senators to generate awareness regarding healthcare issues and potential solutions.

We have established regular communication channels with local Medicare representatives as well as health insurance providers regarding challenges, issues and potential solutions.
